With excitement, we announce that RE/MAX Pinnacle has officially opened 424 Locust Street in Wrightsville as a branch office for the Nathan Krotzer Team! The team has strong roots in the Wrightsville community and the greater Eastern York & Susquehanna Valley communities, and we are happy to have a base from which we can serve our clients & community.
Historically the office has served as a community doctor’s office, originally occupied by Dr. Ochenrider. While we will no longer offer physical exams, we will serve the community in ways in which we are competent: buying and selling real estate.
We are available as a resource to the residents of this area, and hope that this branch office can also serve as a means to meet more members of this community. While we work by referral with much thanks to our gracious clients and advocates, we welcome all who wish to discuss their home buying or selling needs to contact us.
Some may recall that we sponsored and administered a free pony ride event during Historic Wrightsville’s Heritage Days Event on the grounds of the property. We will continue to look for ways to thank and connect with the community.
In 2018, the team represented 70 different buyers and sellers, of which well over 1/3 were in the Eastern York School District (27). We know the area, and would love to put that knowledge to work!
